So you need to get into eva to go on a spess adventure, but that beurocratic HOP won't let you? Well my friend, I am here to help, First you must analyze the way in which it is built, is it walls? or windows? if it is windows, then are they reinforced? all of these questions will become nature to an experienced greytide.
If it is walled off, then you can deconstruct the walls easily,

You are in, simple, A reinforced wall is more of a pain, this is very involved so listen carefully,

This takes a long time, so either cut cams (screwdriver, cutters) or constantly check for intruders.
If it is a window, you are in luck, simply unscrew and wrench it, then cut the grill.

Many an assistant have been spaced while doing this, so ensure the area is non spacefacing, or you have a suit.
Picking an acomplice
Whether this be the clerk trying to get stuff to sell, or the clown because honk, an acomplice can warn you of any people that come near, make sure they are someone you don't mind betraying and preferably someone who isn't all that smart, take lil johnny for example, can't have them figuring out that you ditched the crime scene and left them to get arrested can we?
Take two signalers, one each and have the acomplice PING yours if someone gets close, yours will beep and you can run. Never be afraid to try again, RNGeesus rewards the patient.
Remember, NEVER wear your ID when breaking in, use a disguise or just be that one unkown with a balaclava.
